Jim helped us buy this home. It was an easy process in the sense that we never felt rushed or that he was just trying to close the deal. He cares and lets us take our time. We knew we would get the same treatment when we were selling our house as well. And we did!

I dont think we could have sold our house faster! He was patient as we were preparing the house to go on the market and made a few trips to the house during that preparation to discuss with us how the process would work. Again I never felt like he was too busy for us. He always takes his time but he is never too slow, it was always at our pace.
